Upcoming Sunday School Series: “Understanding Islam” (November 8, 15, 22, December 6, 13).
Our world has changed greatly in the last few decades. However, the struggles we have are still fundamentally the same. As Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, “We do not struggle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, the authorities, the powers of this dark world, and the forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Perhaps the greatest challenge to Christianity in the West is the growth of Islam and its ever-growing influence in our daily lives. Christians need to understand what Islam teaches in order to defend their own beliefs against Islamic ones. These sessions will help you better understand Islam so that you can reach out to your Muslim friends with Love and Truth. Mark your calendars and plan to attend this series taught by Dr. Daniel Janosik, an expert in apologetics to Muslims. Dr. Janosik teaches at Erskine Seminary and several other institutions and is the author of The Guide to Answering Islam: What Every Christian Needs to Know About Islam and the Rise of Radical Islam.
